The KH Series Severe Service knife gate valve is a high pressure valve that is proven under the most critical conditions.
Severe service knife gate valves operate reliably with zero leakage in the toughest, most critical mineral processing applications, where valve failure would cause breakdowns and production losses.
Some of the applications the KH Valves successfully operate in, are: high pressure, high density tailings, highly abrasive and turbulent slurries and places where valve failure would require shutting down other equipment or plant.
The KH Series Severe Service knife gate valve is a high pressure, bi-directional valve, proven under the most arduous conditions.

Fully enclosed body does not discharge during operation.
Various seat ring options incl. hardened steel, ceramic lining, or anti-abrasion materials.

Wide range of gate materials available. Including Duplex, Hastelloy and Titanium.
Actuator options include Manual (Handwheel, Bevel Gearbox), Pneumatic Cylinders (Double Acting, Single Acting), Hydraulic Cylinders and Electric. A wide range of controls such as Position Sensors, Hand Valves, Filter Regulators and Silencers are also available.
