The Hy-Seal Rubber Series knife gate valve is designed for reliable service on dirty water with a maximum of 20% suspended solids.
Featuring a one-piece body, conventional gate sealing system and soft seat, available in EPDM or Viton.
Some of the example applications the HSR Valves successfully operate in, are: bore water systems, flushing systems and raw water systems.

Fully enclosed valve does not discharge during operation.
Full port design reduces turbulence and allows full pipeline flow.
The Perimeter Sealing system provides zero leakage shut off.
Trapezodial shaped seat prevents seat displacement or pull out.
One piece body eliminates the risk of leakage.
Deflector cones are not required.
Actuators including Pneumatic, Electrical, Hydraulic, Manual and Spring Return. Position Sensors, Hand Valves, Filter Regulators and Silencers are also available. As well as Gear Boxes. Shown in image with Hand Wheel actuation.
