The HSM Series knife gate valve is designed to provide reliable service on general slurry applications.
Featuring a one-piece body, conventional gate sealing system and metal seat, the HSM successfully operates in areas like slurry drain lines and pump flushing systems.
The HSM operates reliably and can be fitted with deflector cones and flushing ports to assist in heavy slurry applications.

Fully enclosed valve does not discharge during operation.
Full port design reduces turbulence and allows full pipeline flow.
One piece body eliminates the risk of leakage.
Flushing Ports can be fitted if required.
Conventional Gland with PTFE Gate Packing.
Deflector cones available in NiHard and Polyurethane for seat protection.
Actuator options include Manual (Handwheel, Bevel Gearbox), Pneumatic Cylinders (Double Acting, Single Acting), Hydraulic Cylinders and Electric. A wide range of controls such as Position Sensors, Hand Valves, Filter Regulators and Silencers are also available.
