The KGI - Our Patented Knife Gate Valve

The unique, patented design of the KGI valve offers its users a sustainable and eco-conscious option over the push through style valves.

The KGI’s closed body design utilises a replaceable, urethane liner and together with the one-piece gland seal eliminates discharge to the environment. The liner completely isolates the body of the valve from the abrasive or corrosive pipeline media, allowing it to be constructed from standard and recyclable materials.

As the KGI is a true rotable valve, many of its components are reused, negating the need for a completely new valve and reducing the associated carbon emissions.

The KGI is proven globally to be a sustainable valve and a clear choice for those looking to do their part to protect the environment and minimise their carbon footprint.

Besides our flagship KGI and KH series knife gate valves, our range includes lime control valves, slurry control valves, lined butterfly valves and other specialised and commodity valves. This gave us the ability to provide complete manual and control valve packages.
